Reservations are now being taken for the 18th Annual College Football Roast and Luncheon at the Palm Beach Gardens Marriott on Friday, August 21st. This year, the University of Florida Gators will be represented by Paul Castronovo of Gater 98.7FM radio's "Paul and Young Ron Morning Show", and Jeff Dever, who will speak for the University of Miami Hurricanes. Returning cast members will be Pat Rooney of ESPN Radio 760 and the Palm Beach Kennel Club as Emcee, City of Palm Beach Gardens Council Member David Levy, speaking for the Florida State Seminoles, and Paul Metcalf, Coordinator of Student & Recent Graduate Programs at FAU, representing the Florida Atlantic University Owls. Whether you participate each year or are considering attending for the first time, we hope you will make your reservations early to secure the best seating. Individual seats, advertising opportunities, and table sponsorships at several levels are available, all of which are outlined in the official Order Form. Click here to view and print order form With thanks to our Football Roast patrons over the years, The Annual College Football Roast, a fundraiser for the Kiwanis Club of Palm Beach Gardens, has raised over $175,000 for the Club's community service projects. Proceeds of the event enable the Club to support local high school graduates going on to college with its scholarship program, and also enable the Club to support youth in its sponsored programs at The Weiss School, Duncan Middle School, Eisenhower Elementary School, and a variety of organizations which provide benefits to children and those in need. The Kiwanis Club of Palm Beach Gardens wishes to thank Suzanne Neve of Suzanne Neve Events for her generosity in providing promotional marketing and planning services for this year's event. Welcome to the Kiwanis Club of Palm Beach Gardens, located in Division 20 in northern Palm Beach County. Chartered in 1983, community service is and has always been our primary goal. Camaraderie and business networking are side benefits that have come as a result of working together with our "Kiwanis Family". Through fundraising efforts such as our Football Roast, and the participation of our members in a number of projects, we strive to fulfill the Kiwanis vision of changing the world... one child and one community at a time. We sponsor youth in local schools, award college scholarships to local high school seniors, reward elementary school students who bring up their grades, reward teenagers who have turned their lives around, and give generously of our time and treasures to a number of organizations and individuals in need throughout the year.
